Shipping Policy

All prices are shown in NZD. Orders are processed and dispatched from our studio in New Zealand.


Dispatch Times

Most orders are dispatched the next business day. During busy periods, please allow up to 2 business days before your order is collected by our courier.

Custom and personalised orders have additional production time, which we'll confirm with you directly before your order is placed. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing so we can advise on the best option.


New Zealand Shipping

Carrier: CourierPost or New Zealand Couriers Delivery time: 2-5 working days from dispatch Cost: Free standard shipping on all NZ orders (North and South Island)

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes within New Zealand.

Need it faster? Overnight delivery is available to urban NZ addresses for stocked items. Please contact us before placing your order and we'll confirm availability and any additional cost.

Australia Shipping

Carrier: International airmail/courier Delivery time: 3-10 working days from dispatch Cost: Flat rate NZD $15 on all Australian orders

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes within Australia.

If you're working to a tight deadline, please contact us before ordering and we'll check current transit times and available options.


Rest of the World

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination and are displayed at checkout when you enter your shipping address.

If your country does not appear in our shipping options at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution for you.


International Orders - Customs & Import Duties

All international parcels are shipped with full documentation, including commercial invoices, to ensure smooth passage through customs. This documentation is a legal requirement and cannot be omitted.

Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order if you are unsure.

All orders are billed in NZD. If you're paying with an overseas card, your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion fee - we recommend checking with them in advance if this is a concern.
