Returns & Exchanges

Returns/ Exchanges are only available to items returned in their original condition. We will happily exchange any item that has a Manufacturing fault, however if items have been washed/ cared for against manufacturer/our instructions, warranty will NOT be covered.

If garments have been warm/hot washed against our recommendation, we will NOT refund, replace and cannot repair.

This returns policy applies only to online sales and only to the person who paid for the goods. You must email us and let us know prior to returning the product. Note that unnecessary freight is costly both financially and environmentally, so please choose carefully.

 

NZ ORDERS

We offer a reduce-risk online shopping experience. If what you received from us is not what you expected, or does not fit, send it back to us in it's original condition with the original tags attached within 14 days and we'll either credit or exchange depending on what you want to do. Credits are for the costs of the goods only.

We request you courier your item/s with track and trace & signature on delivery, when returning goods to us for your security. As we will not be responsible for returns that go missing. 

If an item was sent to you by mistake or is faulty, we'll happily send you a replacement upon receipt of the returned item with no additional charge for shipping. We'll also refund you for the returned shipping cost.

 

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Freight Costs for overseas returns are non-refundable, and costs for overseas exchanges are charged based on our standard shipping rates (unless we've mucked upmade a mistake, in which case we'll refund you the cost of getting it back to us and cover the return shipping), so if you need more details about colours, fabrics etc. just fill out our contact form or call/text us +64 22 072 1502 with your questions.

Note:

Customised items cannot be returned. If, when you receive your customised item(s), you are not happy with your order, please get back to us to discuss options. 

For hygiene reasons Socks cannot be returned.
