Beanies and socks cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Sample and outlet pieces are also final sale.

If you believe your item is faulty, please email charly@nzcharly.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Faulty items will be assessed and handled in accordance with your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Our range generally runs from XS to XL, with selected unisex and one-size styles. One-size garments will usually fit sizes 8 to 14 or 16, depending on the design and intended fit.

Hand wash your knitwear in cold water using a gentle wool detergent. If the garment care label permits machine washing, use a gentle wool cycle and place the garment inside a wash bag.

Reshape and lay flat to dry. Avoid heat, harsh detergents and fabric softeners to help preserve the softness and shape of the fibres. Always follow the care instructions on the individual garment label.
